Questions
How soon do I see my first drafts?
Within five working days of finishing your brand kit.
What if I don’t like a draft?
Tap Request changes and say what to fix. We revise it until it’s right. Nothing is posted without your approval unless you switch on autopilot.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. You add our business as a partner in Meta Business settings. We walk you through it, and you can remove us whenever you like.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay Meta directly from your own ad account, so you always see exactly what was spent. Your plan covers setting up, testing and managing the ads.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel from your dashboard, or reply to any email from us, and it stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for. If you don’t like your first batch of drafts, tell us within 7 days, before any of it is posted, and we refund your first month in full.
Where do you work?
Anywhere. Signup, approvals and reports all happen online, so it works the same wherever you are. Prices are in US dollars, or in Indian rupees for businesses in India.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, some photos of your products or place, and a few minutes a week to approve drafts. We’ll tell you which photos help most.
